Help is choosing a fork

Hi,
I am about to buy a new fork for my SC Heckler. I have few options but you help will be welcome as I rode only with few of those forks so I cannot tell which one to buy.
1. Pike 454 - Pros: Light (compares to Pike 426), stiffness. Cons: cannot find a cheap one.
2. Pike 426 - Pros: stiffness, found one cheap (the cheapest among all those forks). Cons: heavy (2.45kg), coil (?)
3.2009 140 mm Revelation. Pros: Light (<2kg), stiffness (20mm axle). Cons: no used can be found (it's a brand new 2009 fork).
4. Fox 32 VAN QR15 - Pros: Light (2kg), stiffness (15mm axle). Cons: no used can be found (it's a brand new 2009 fork).
5. TALAS 32 150mm QR15 : Pros: obvious. Cons: very pricey.
So, I want value for money one and usually I prefer to find used parts in good condition. I've found a nice PIKE 426 but I am afraid it will be too heavy.
I do mostly AM and sometimes XC - what do you think?
BTW, if you have a nice used one, please contact me :-)
10x 4 the help.

The 454 gets a lighter a crown and steerer, but apart from that is the same as the 426. You save about half a pound in weight.
Pike is essentially a heavier duty Revelation, and all 09 Revs are ir sprung. So what would suit you best would depend on how hard you intend to ride. Strength = weight generally ;-)0 -

Coil springs are not a disadvantage except for weight. Usually an air spring will be lighter, but a coil fork plusher/more responsive.0 -
why not get the vans with a standard drop out instead of the new qr15, thus saving yourself the extra expense of a new front wheel.who cares?0

I want a 15 of 20mm to gain better stiffness than 9mm axle
Have anyone tried the VAN 15mm? what about the Rev 2009?0 -
There's a Pike 454 in the classifieds on Singletrackworld for a good price just now, should be worth a look...Uncompromising extremist0

I run the 150 QR15 TALAS on my 575 and must say for a TALAS they are sweet, light, adjustable and sturdy. You can get them though stif using the %15 off code0
