Fox Sergeant shorts

Just tried a pair of these on and while the outershorts were fantastic - a perfect fit and they look great - the inner shorts were terrible. The chamois is quite wide, so causes bunching, but worst of all was that the inner short seemed really low at the back. Even in the shop it had that annoying 'almost falling down' feeling, and if you bend over (as you would while, say, riding a bike) it pulls half way down your ass.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with these shorts? I would try the next size up (36") but I think that'd be too large as the outer on the 34" fitted perfectly...
