Swap components to new frame...but which frame?

I'm new to road bikes, I bought a second hand bike on ebay which, after a few rides, I've decided is too small for me (it's compact, about 53-54cm actual top tube length). I'm a smidgen over 6' with 32" inside leg, so think I need a 56 or possibly a 58.
Anyway, my existing frame is one of those unbranded Taiwanese jobs, carbon seat stays, carbon forks, very nice welds. But too small. I'd like to buy a new frame (new to me, will probably get second hand again), but very confused as to what to look for. I'm after a frame that I can ride 40-50 miles on comfortably, possibly scaling up to 60-70. It'll be a good weather bike. I'm just not sure what kind of frame to look for, there are so many different terms to get to grips with (Sportive, Audax etc etc...)
The kit I have is Tiagra groupset (triple, 9 speed), plus Mavic CXP-33 rims and Hope hubs, and various Bontrager and Coppi finishing kit. I'd like to buy a frame that is a bit too good for the parts I have, so I can upgrade gradually and not have to change the frame.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, particularly if there are any issues fitting my components to any particular type of frame (I'm thinking drive system mainly). Thanks!

Probably wouldn't spend more than £300, probably less. But I am a skinflint and will look mainly at s/h frames...08 Commencal Meta 5.5.2

if you only in the market for 2nd user - then you will have to take what comes up. Think Pedalforce do a decent carbon frame for around £3500

Yep, realise that, but is there anything I need to be aware of regarding fitting my components to a frame?08 Commencal Meta 5.5.2

If you want to carry everything over you just need to check the seat pins size (diameter), stem (I assume the frame has an ahead headset but the forks could be 1'' or 1 1/8". The stem length might not be right for you on the new frame. The front mech could have a 'band' fitment or bolt straignt to the frame. Theres's a small chance the brake caliper bolts are the wrong length. If your current frame is reasonibly new and your next one is too should be OK.
You possibly have to change the cables too but I can't think f anything else.0 -
