best shoes for Speedplay

I was reading May's 2009 Cycling plus review of shoes and the Mavic Avenir was thought to be the best shoe.

Trouble is I can't work out if they would be any good with Speedplay pedals. What do you think would be the best shoe for speedplay zero titanium ?

    Any road shoe will do. I use Specialized BG Pro.

    Yes you can use just about any shoe. Speedplays' website lists some shoes that need a special adapter so you can check with them.
