Nice clear question you have asked there!

So your looking for 2 things?

1. You want an adapter to fit 1" forks to a 1 1/8" frame OR to buy some 1 1/8" forks?

2. You want to buy a 90s rockshox threaded steerer tube - WHY? threaded steeres are rubbish - I'd be surprised if you can find one - your best bet would be to goto a metal works and ask them if they can make one up for you.

You might have been confused as they list the ones you want as 1 1/8" - 1"

PS manitou crowns will not fit a RS fork
