It looks like the Tamil protest is blocking HoP Sq again

It was looking busy this morning as I went by but since then it's spilled onto the roads Plod seem discinclined to get handy with the hickory sticks so if your route takes you through HoP Sq you might want to rethink your trip home. I may go down fleet street / adlwych / Trafalgar Sq / mall / NKR.
I'd go south of the river via waterloo but forgot to get tooled up this morning.

There's nothing wrong with us folks south of the river, It's you lot on the north that are a bit oddpain is temporary, the glory of beating your mates to the top of the hill lasts forever.....................

All this civil unrest is becoming a bit of a pain. My route home goes around Parliament Square. Luckily the aching legs from yesterday's TT meant I took the train today :oops:0

I always imagined cyclists north of the river were effete hipsters riding brightly coloured fixies or with baskets attached to the front of their bikes, while the South London cyclists were grim faced veterans used to battle zones like the Old Kent Road and Elephant and Castle0 -

If you're going up Fleet St and Strand, you'll need a scrum formation with fellow SCRers.
South over Westminster Bridge, back north over Lambeth Br.FCN 2-4.
