Removing air from shocks

Hi
I have just fitted a new set of Rockshox Recon Race shocks should I Remove all the air from shocks after a ride or is it fine to leave it in?

    nop, no reason to remove air whatsoever! you should check the pressure about once a week maybe more if you ride often.

    Nice avatar by the way, I ordered the same t-shirt online from America, but it was wayy too big for me (probably something to do with American's being "larger" :D)

    Clean the fork stanchions after every ride. I tend to use teflon lube, poor a little but over both seals, pump the forks 20 times, wipe off with cloth, add more lube, pump again, wipe off clean.

    This gets rid of dirt around the seals and should prolong the fork life.
