Focus, a German magazine, has accused Thomas Dekker, Michael Boogerd, Kohl and Rasmussen are involved in blooddoping in Austria.

Which has been printed in the Belgian 'Het laatste nieuws' (obviously)
Can't find their original story, though.....

    There have been so many rumours about Dekker, perhaps this is one of them being confirmed. But the Dutchman worked with Cecchini, who seems to have preferred sending his clients to Fuentes, maybe he was making additional referrals?
