The Felt and that model of Colnago aren't in the same league - or price bracket - as the S3.

    S3 every time for me.

For more opinions look at Roadbike Review. I would never recommend a Cervelo based on the number of recalls and quality problems they've had - and particularly if you want to fit Campagnolo components - because they might not fit! I will now sit back and await a flaming! If you're interested, check out Weightweenies.com.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

As giant mancp says, the S3 is hardly in the same league price wise is it?
If I had the money it would be the Colnago. Italian, quality, history, looks.......

A fairer comparison would be the Colnago EPS vs Cervelo S3 vs Giant Advanced SL, that test I would love to see.

And Monty Dog is quite correct; no point having an S3 if you want to put Campag on it, not 'compatible'.
