Boardman Hillclimb Brain Teezer?

We were out on our club run today and some of us opted to ride up the big climb out of Widecombe-in-the-Moor, on Dartmoor obviously. I was telling the lads how I watched Chris Boarman win the National Hillclimb Championship on it in 1991 using a fixed-gear bike with a Campag rear disc.
Does anyone know what his winning time was? I can't find it on t'interent.
Would be nice to put in my write-up from the day - pics on our website by the way, if anyone wants to see us grovelling up it, unlike Mr. Boardman.

Bottom of the page. Are you sure it was Dartmoor?
PTP Runner Up 2015
Yeah, I'd already been to that website and quite a few others. It's the time for the hill that I'm after. Tried the CTT site but no joy.

Like the photos, looked good in a Manchester Wheelers jersey
4’10’’ from Mr Boardman. It was indeed a fixed wheel Cougar but with a Zipp rear disc. Second placed Steve Marchant was 10 seconds adrift.
