Unusual High Pitched Squeak

HI, ok the problem I have got is, that my front v brake is making a very high pitched squeak, at very low speed. It started when my brakes got wet 4 days ago, and ever since then has NOT improved. Today (17/4/09) was another wet day, and that brake has still "NOT IMPROVED", and has got WORSE. Now constantly squeaking, and then seems to disapeer at high speed.

Can anyone help me please
