Good rides near Westbury Wilts

Hello, Anyone happen to know of some good rides around Westbury in Wiltshire? I am trying to train to see how my fitness fairs for a first race later this year.

Any help much appreciated,

    Go up that dirty great hill with the White Horse on it and explore!

    Towards Bratton and Erelstoke is the best way, make sure you keep off the firing ranges though!

    Check out Hill Wood at Erlestoke, it's used for the more technical parts of the Salisbury Plain Challenge.

    Also, try Longleat Forest.

    Cheers mate, got 3/4 the way up and was seriously blowing :lol:

    Will give it a go in a weeks time when i can get some calories down me to fuel it.
