I've just bought one for the Kona and b***er me I cant get it on the handlebars. Its the metal ribbon thats the problem. Theres no fine adjustment and with the kind of handlebars the Jake comes with it's impossible to sort out. I'm thinking a big, thick cable tie with a groove cut in the center for the nut might be the solution. :?

Give it a go DF, but the space grip is shite, IMO.

    See here.

The BIG GT has a solution here.

Cheers for that. I couldnt find anything else like it tbh when I searched and it was cheap. Under a tenner!

I have to go to B&Q sometime soon so I'll have a browse and see if any ideas pop up. :)

In the first link Mog UK's link doesn't work, but I'm fairly sure it's to this (and it's yummy carbon).

Slightly more expensive and of course requires the space to do it but I went for one of these when the SpaceGrip thing got chucked for being totally useless.
