Brockenhurst to milford on sea

Me and my mates are planning to do this ride at the weekend I can only see road routes for this anyone know if there are any cross country routes the muddier the better

    Well we got out at sway just down from brockenhurst I was riding across a field when suddenly a quarter of my front wheel sank in mud and I did a perfect endo straight into a bog. All my mates were in stitches now I know why they let me lead the way. Anyway after I managed to get most of the mud out of my wheel and brakes we carried on made it to milford on sea but thats when I started to flake off. Basically I learnt the hard way that you need to eat properly before attempting long rides all I had was a peanut butter sandwich the night before and wheetabix the next morning. I just about made it back to the car in the end and I think next time I will take nutrition more seriously than I have don so far.

    mate i adore new forest! the riding is sensation (it is alot of road riding) (for a dirt jumper) but my god its so bloody beautiful!
