reviving an old Spesh Hardrock

Hi,
Had my Hardrock for about 4 years, and I'm thinking it could do with a complete drivetrain overhall, but I have no idea what components I can buy, so I thought I'd ask on here before trundling it to the bike shop and looking pathetic.
Is there a site where I can find the spec of my bike? I know the front and rear derailleurs, and the front rings, but have know idea about the rear cassette or the bottom bracket, so don't know what to buy.
Also, probably a long shot, but how much money would I be looking at? I can probably get hold of most of the tools, so not really worried about the cost there.
Cheers

the spec can be found on Speshes web site."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
