New to the forums. Late twenties and just got my backside in to road cycling after a few years of commuting and im loving it.
Im based in Clapham london and have joined a club based just outside of london as a friend of mine recomended it. Well, the problem is that I donbt like saturday rides and would prefer sunday morning. Apparently there is another club which starts from Richmond park on a sunday morning.
Is this true and if so how do you find a contact? IS ther a list somewhere of local cycle clubs?
Thanks in advance

Hello!
Someone posts about those Richmond Park rides on here weekly (RPCC), for example-

Also, have a look at the British Cycling website, they should have a good list -

I've not ridden with them, but London Dynamo sounds like the club:

There are loads of clubs in South London, Norwood Paragon, Velo Club Londres, De Laune, Catford CC etc etc. London Dynamo do runs in Richmond Park I think http://www.londondynamo.co.uk/.
I ride with Dulwich Paragon from Crystal Palace they do Sunday rides which tend to be quite quick over between 50 and 80 miles.

No underwear with cycle shorts, well not normal underwear likes boxers etc.
Some do wear a thermal under short for winter but these are specially designed for cycle use.0
