The saddle must be a foot higher than the handlebars....
Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.

My soul is both hurt and warmed at the beauty of that bike.
Warm is my soul, which finds solace in knowing that such beauty exists.
Hurt is my soul, which exists within fear that I may never get a chance to ride it.

Thanks Jash, you have torn my heart.

The KoM is quite simply a thing of love. I saw a white and black (ladies version - if there such a thing) in Luciano cycles along with the Foundriest. I don't say this lightly and have only ever said this once, this occasion. I would sell, my guitar, my X-box and all its games, my turntables and garage records, my TDL RTL 3 speakers and all my comic books including X-men #1 and Ultimates #1 signed by Millar and Hitch (but not Thor #1or Avengers Dissassembled: Thor, Ragnarok that's just sacrilege) to own that bike!

I love that bike more than I would the love child of a Wilier Izoard and 2008 Bianchi via Nirone...

Where can you buy those bike racks? And wouldn't that bracket snap the tube? I've just swapped out the one's that grip the tube for those that you attach the front fork to as I thought they were safer for carbon frames. Obviously you then have to make room in the car for the front wheels. I haven't put them to use yet but I'm always amazed how many bikes the pro teams can get on top of their cars when I can only manage four.

KoM = King of the Mountains. Its called that for a reason. Anything less than a 39ring is just an insult surely?

    KUOTA%20CADRE%20KOM.jpg

£1,899 for the frame and fork. Once you add wheels, Groupset (nothing less than Chorus 11 will do it justice IMO) and finishing kit, you're looking at a £3000 bike easy.

If you add me clad in my 'spiderman' bike ninja-superhero get up and you'd have an eternally happy Man!

Well if the Fred Whitton can be won on a 39 ring then surely there is no need for anything smaller. I mean there can't be many roads steeper than Hardknott or the tarmac would avalanche

You'd get more for them if you broke them down into parts

Market the small ones as chimney sweeps, the larger ones as confined space cleaners i.e. behind machinery where adults cannot reach. Remember you can sell this idea to the boss as not only do you get income from the sale of the kids but you can also offset the expenditure you normally allocate to the kids to the bike and perhaps some flowers for her.

The edge always seems to get its initial reading wrong, although it's perfectly possible to cycle below seal level, just head to Holland! :D

Can you get it in Cambridge Blue, fixed wheel?

Thanks for the advice, as for the "flowers for her" that's not really feasible as I'd like to offload her to, I mean how on earth do I spend as much money as I wish on the uber bike with her in they way buying such silly things as food and what not........;-)
