newbie the forum and relative newbie to MTB.
I posted this in Women, then looked at the dates and realized no one seems to go in there that often (so please forgive double post).
I've just come back to MTB after a long time off due to injury. I've put on heaps of weight and lost loads of fitness!
My b/f is mad keen mtber and I'd like to regain my fitness while not slowing him down too much! I love riding with him, as he's really patient, but thought it'd be fun to ride with other people more my own level once in a while!
Looking for other slow, unfit ladies around the Epsom/North Downs sort of area for some riding (with lots of breaks!). Maybe your chaps want to ride together while we pootle about?

Hi and welcome to bike radar!
Try the 'rides' section too for riding friends.0 -
Hi
If you don't mind a bit of travel (to West Surrey) take a look at the LWL (Ladies Who Lunch) section of www.tunnelhilltrolls.co.uk.
