Hi, me and a couple off friends are going cycleing up at the chevin. Is it worth doing as i've heard it can get quite busy, Were going about 730 am any advise would be great as we have never been cycleing up there, Cheers.

    Been once. At 7.30am you should be fine, after 10am it will be packed with dog walkers!!

    Only had a little pootle round with the girlfriend but noticed that there were lots of little tracks heading off the main paths that could be great fun!

    Let us know how you get on and watch out for the walkers - they are an ignorant bunch!

    It's OK but not worth travelling for. As a local, it has some good stuff because I know it like the back of my hand, but if you haven't been before, you'll have to do a bit of exploring. I wouldn't worry about how busy it gets, it's always manageable.
