giant xtc 4

I'm going to be getting a Giant xtc 4 next week for a quite a good price, i was just wondering how you guys rate them. Im going to be using it for Cross country and the occasional weekend up afan.

    I'm considering buying a Giant XTC4 also. Hope you don't mind me asking but when you say a good price? Our local bike shop has on discounted at £475 but they appear on the web at £420ish. Have you found any reviews of this bike as I am struggling to find many?

    I'm looking to build up a race bike and was considering a giant xtc frame with a similar build to yours Spiderman. Is that the aluminum frame or the composite? Because if it is the alu it's a very impressive weight!

    The price i found the bike for was £420 but it is'nt an online price but over the counter, as far as a review i'll give one next week after i've picked it up and given it a blast.
    The components on the bike are'nt my main worry as overtime they will be upgraded as money allows, my main concern was the frame being good quality and strong.
