Hi
First off I know Rapha dont have a womens range as such
However I want to buy a present of some kit for a female cyclist and if Rapha did make stuff for women this would be perfect as my friend is the fashionable type
(Unlike me who has no Rapha)
Is there anything similar I should look at?
Im sure there was something in the media about gear for women cyclists recently but I cant remember

The range you were thinking of was the cycling clothing by Amy Fleuriot now in Topshop. However, it's more trendy than 'real' cycling gear, so it depends what type of cycling your female friend does. Also, it's apparently only stocked in the London branches of Topshop, but you could probably get it online.
Pearl Izumi do some quality womens cycling stuff, worth a look.FCN 10 -

from more fashion/about town wear to tri gear to 'serious' stuff - and most of its pretty stylish.
The are just getting new spring stuff in now - and i'm already eyeing up a few itemsblog: bellevedere0 -
the silk scarf perhaps as an alternative to Hermes (she'll know what I'm talking about). The base layers are good or perhaps one of the jerseys? However it also depends on her shape as mens kit tends to be straight up and down and women require things that go over the hips. Assos do a range of excellent womens kit as do Castelli and Pearl izumi.M.Rushton0
