Mere, Wiltshire - Anyone know of any routes?

I may be moving to just outside Mere, Wiltshire and just wondered if anyone knew of any routes or if there is any fun at all. Please any routes no matter how easy or hard.

    Hi,

    See it's a few weeks since you sent that post but I'm looking for people to ride with when I visit my father nr Mere - do you know any 'open' groups in the are? Unfortunately I don't know any routes, but used to go horse riding on the Downs which I assume is open to mountain bikers.
