Training how-to

Hi Guys

I am wanting to get my fitness levels up and wondering what to include over the bank holiday.

I have done 14miles on Saturday and 18 on Sunday then rest day Monday but i wanted to do more....... :lol::lol::lol::lol:
i dont know if to get out on the bike more incoperate the gym or what to do in the gym to help the fitness swimming ect.

I have tried to google it but cannot find anything i am lookng for a routine to keep me going and out of the PUB..... :wink::wink::wink: well not all the time :lol::lol:
