hi just rang them to see if they have any back copies and they have run out, i would like a copy of the pages on core stability in that issue please, if any body can scan that article and send it to me at mrsscharris@aol.com or fax it to me on 01495229415 i would be very gratefull,

yes i know its cheeky but might be having back surgery next week and want to get a start on the core!!

    If you are having back surgery - dont just copy something from a magazine.

    Go and find a decent Pilates teacher - tell her about your problems and see what she says. If she doesnt seem confident - find another one. Whats good in a magazine may not be good for you.

    yes i know and physio has given me several exercises i was told it was a good article and wanted to have a look

    that will be great really appreciate it if you have them, just got back from physio and he has given me more exercises to preper myself for possible surgery, planks, and side planks and darts and supermans, just off to find my neutral position!!
