Integrated Seat Post - Saddle Clamp with Zero Offset?

Does anyone know if Ritchey or any other manufacturer produce a stubby saddle clamp for integrated seat masts with zero setback? I have a Scott Addict R2 '08 and have had to turn the saddle clamp 180 to get the correct saddle position, works fine but looks odd, zero offset would be much neater. Can't source a Ritchey one so hoping some other company makes these.

Any ideas?
