I have lost my Rebound Adjuster, IE it fell off during a ride, do i need to get another if im happy about the rebound at the moment?

Not really. And you can adjust it anyway with a 2.5mm allen key.0

If you brought your bike from a local shop, then you should ask them. You might be surprised that they have some spare ones to give out. That what I did, and they gave me two :-)0 -
