Leg muscle pain

Been out cycling four days solid,maybe 4hr rides through mostly trails,yesterday my legs were sore,so put some radox in the bath,i thought that would ease them but today really sore,whats the best way to ease them after a cycle?

try some deep heat and eat bananas. (i'm not joking).
I used to play 7's tournaments in rugby over 2 days, and we could play upto 10 games. The only thing that kept us going was deep heat and bananas. (bananas help - somehow - to reduce cramp)!!0 -

After a particularly hard session I will always go through a whole load of leg stretching exercises and consume a recovery drink, always done within half an hour of getting back home. That always sorts the aches out for me!0
