Cinelli Bootleg Racing Rats

Does anyone have any opinion/experience on the Bootleg Racing Rats bike? I am after something around £700, principally for a 5 mile each way commute which is almost all steep hills (it is in Cornwall). Sadly perhaps, I am keen to get something that looks good as I will need all the motivation I can get to ride to and from work every day and the nasty-looking Focus/Genesis/Felt, etc with their 'racy' graphics don't do it for me. Intrigued by the Rock Shox I-Ride forks. Can see that the Sora groupset is a bit weak, but does that really matter?

Also quite like the Cinelli Xperience at a stretch (financially) or Colnago Primavera Tiagra.
