Anyone doing the Norwich 100?

I signed up for this last week. It'll be my first 100 miler. I do ride regularly, but usually only 40-60k. So I'm somewhat aprehensive. Finding time for longer trainign rides (at lower intensity) is difficult.
The question is... Does anyone have any real details on the route? The only thing on the website seems to be a hopelessly vague jpeg .I'm sure it'll be signposted on the day, but the geek in me is desperate to take the highlighter pen to my OS map!

I did start a thread on this a little while back, but I'll indulge you anyway
If the set up is the same as last year you'll get a map when you sign on in the morning, not a good thing but most 100 milers will know the course as its been the similar for a couple of years. Its north up the Reepham road and its the back roads up towards Briston, Melton Constable where the 50's split off. then up towards the coast and towards Holt where the first of the bigger hills(for Norfolk) are. On towards Sheringham and a climb up to Roman Camp from West Runton. At Felbrigg is the rest stop and then its the coast road towards Gt Yarmouth although you dont go that far. The course turns in from the coast and rejoins the 50's at Coltishall and everybody finishes together in NorwichNorfolk, who nicked all the hills?

thanks very much for the indulgence - I'll go grab my map and have a peek. Off to hunt for your original thread. I did search first, but...Cylon cats - have no plan0
