How?!
I'm well stuck! Can't get the pin back in using my park multitool so I may need to go get a proper chain tool... but I can't see how I'd do this!
Have I fecked it up by taking the pin out completely when I shortened it?

I managed to get the pin back in with my boggo chain tool. It lasted the life of the chain.

I thought this was gonna be easy
Wanna get out before its dark to have a little blast behind the house.
Just can seem to get the pin stable/aligned correctly in the tool, its always too low for the pin!0 -

use the tool the other way round and push it back.
i think both sheldon and parktools cover stiff links."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

you do know you are not meant to re use pins that have already been fitted?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

lol, nope.
oops, maybe thats where i'm going wrong? lol. I'll have to find the link now... doh.
Could that explain why my chain is slipping (don't see how though).
When putting pressure on pedals I get a "crack" and the cain slips
pics of chainline (still running SS btw, just wanted to go for a blast )

ugg.. I think it could be the link I just put in. Took the tension seeker off and span the cranks... the chain kept falling off on the link I just put in
