Anyone know where I might get one of these?

Try a Deda Dog Fang.
Chains do drop off the inner ring no matter how well adjusted the front mech is. Hit a bump mid shift, for instance.
Pro teams don't use them just because the look pretty.0 -
The Dog Fang looks good; the bar type ones look good too, & I've seen them on a few pro bikes (on Bikeradar) - are they all custom?

I think thats a home-made one? Thought I saw it or similar in the Cervelo forum where people were talking about the Soloist frame where you can't attach a e.g. Dog Fang to the oval/aero seat tube. I'm in that position myself.0
