Advice on Fox Forks and rear shox on a Mongoose

As above after sum general info got a full suss first one,
are these any good and how to setup and use
fox fork 32r vanilla
rear shock fox rp3

any info would be good.

    Are they any good........YES!

    Setup wise find a nice downhill line and do a bit of fiddling!! Thats all I did. Compression wise make sure that they aren't stacking up or at the other end of the spectrum throwing you off with a huge great bounce. For your shock, have enough pressure for a bout 30% sag.
