Posted this before but lots has worn out/broken and needed replacing and upgrading.
Recent additions:
BBB carbon bars.
SLX chainset (from Stylo)
X-9 shifters (from X-7)
New SRAM cassette and chain (same)
Conti MK Protections
Errmm - many new sets of brake pads.
XTR cables.
Fast, pretty light and fairly durable. Mud guards will come off in May - possibly.

Thanks all! Compared to some bikes here, it's pretty dull but I love it.
Stem is stock Specialized - but has a little bit of carbon on it which is probably pointless but quite cool.0 -
How do you transport it to places to ride? Do you have a preferred choice of motor vehicle?0
