Rear wheel alignment

Hi all,
Just recently I've noticed that me rear wheel seems to be off-centre. The edge of the tyre comes to within 2-3mm of the left side seat and chain stays, whereas there is a much bigger gap on the right. I'm sure this is something that has developed over the year I've had the bike, I would have noticed it before.
The wheel is true (it was done by LBS a couple of months ago), and the distances remain constant throughout its rotation.
Wheels and tyres are OE, the only thing I've done to the bike is change the BB, but obviously that wouldn't affect this issue.
Any ideas whats going on? :?

It sounds as if your wheel is migrating along the axle. The lock nuts on your hubs may be a little loose and while keeping your bearings in place the axle is winding its way through leaving the wheel square but off centre.Neil

The bike is a GT Avalanche 2, an '08 model.0 -
sounds like they have not dished it when it was in the shop."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hmm that doesn't sound good. Will that be causing any problems with the ride? To be honest I don't notice any difference, only issue is with mud clearance.
Guess I'll take it in to the shop and see what they say. :roll:0
