Any point changing to a s-works Roubaix frame?

I currently have an 08 Roubaix Elite and am very happy with it, the odd bit of unwanted flex when climbing out of the saddle but apart from that can't really fault it. However I'm tempted by the Specialized offer on the 08 S-Works Roubaix frames but am wondering if I'd actually notice much difference. I'm guessing it's a bit lighter and stiffer but does it also lose any of the comfort? Anyone changed from the ordinary Roubaix frame to the S-Works?
