Will these cheap rollers fail on me?

I will soon be gettiing a pair of rollers, i have found the cheapest pair i can they are not cheap but are cheap for rollers http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Minoura-Action-Roller-Advance-Rollers_12086.htm will these break on me? also do rollers wear your tyres out like turbo trainers?
