I'm looking for a 3/4 length bib tights, but lightweight enough (ie.non-roubaix) for bright but cool days. Can anyone recommend a set?
Decathlon apparently did/do a line, but can't get it.

Might be able to get cheaper elsewhere though

Yeah DHB do two versions - my Roubaix ones are very nice. I think the lighter ones get equally good reviews.

I did buy a pair of Btwin longs - they're not as good quality as the DHB to be honest.

I have just bought a pair of these

I wore them on Sunday for 80 miles and no problems. They are just a little bit thicker than shorts so small amount of extra warmth but not too hot. They also are made in such a way that they don't dig in behind the knees.

Good quality kit. I bought a large at 5'11'' and 12st.

As with bibshorts but more so, I think you need to try them on, as the region around the knee is crucial to get right.

I use some Gore 3/4s - can't recall which model - which have lasted well. When I was trying all the different pairs on they were quite different in terms of fit.

I thought about getting some 3/4 length bibs for a while but went for knee warmers instead. They are great for when it is a bit chilly when you set off but warms up later on. Easy to take off and take up next to no space in your jersy pocket.

Thanks for the feedback so far. I have used knee warmers before but found them uncomfortable. The weather is not so much chilly as cool, so basically a pair of shorts that are 3/4 in length would be ideal. I have a fleecy pair but they get too warm half the time.
