My Orbea Onix tour came with Look Keo Easys. It is about to go in for its first service and I was thinking of upgrading. The Easys have nop means of adjustment and They seem stiff. Any suggestions.

What about the same pedal but with adjustments?
The Keo classic or if your feeling flush then the carbon version

I have some Keo easys and some Kep Carbons, I have found that the Keo easys are actually 'easier' than the carbons when the carbons are on loosest setting, the easys are infact of the two, um 'easy' to get in and out of, more so than the Carbons.

When I bought the Easys for my commuter I wasn't sure they would be ok but the guy in the shop said give them a go and they were more looser than the carbons... I would also watch loosening off the adjustable Keos too much as if they are anything like the Shimano SPD's i had they came to bits if over slackened off too much.

The Keos Easys are also £20 cheaper than the next model up, although heavier, the bangs for your buck seem to be excellent for the bottom of the range, but you pays your money and takes your choice I spose...

The Keo cleats have now got anti slip 'grip' rubber on the bottom... has anyone got these yet, do they slow wear a little on walking?

Unlike the classics, etc. I can not see anyway to adjust the tensionon the EASYs. It may be that after only a 100 or so miles I am still not use to them compared to the SPDs on my Tricross. It is just that I seem to have to angle my foot out a long way before it releases.
