Shimano STI - Right Hand Only?

Does anyone know where I can pick up a new Shimano Shifter. Right hand / rear only.
10 speed - Ultegra 6600 or Dura Ace 7800?

There seems to be loads of places to get the set, but only need the right hand side as damaged in a crash.
