Stockholm Riding

I'm working in Jarfalla for a few days, and not wanting to miss any training, I'm taking a bike. Does anyone know what the riding is like out there? Any decent online resources? I've googled around and not found anything.

Thanks in advance.

Not ridden in Stockholm but travelled there on business many times - you see a lot of roadies around the city, there are also a lot of cycle couriers, loads of bike shops, and a number of bike lanes around the city. Traffic is heavy at peak times but generally very polite - e.g. they always stop for pedestrian crossings, even those on roundabout exits !
Just be aware that there is a lot of commuter, slower bike riders around on sit up & beg bikes.

As a whole Sweden likes to keep Cycles and Cars separate so look for the cycle lanes and have fun.
