Jubilee clips, old inner tubes around the bars ;-)
The above looks ok though!0 -
I use the lockblock but find it moves and you always have to unfasten to adjust.
That looks ok.
I heard the other ones that had a solid plastic look would not fit around and if they did they broke.
Let us know how you get on
FENIX TK11.
Next year who knows, 10,000 lumen.... You better watch out, you better cry, as my light is hitting your eye.0 -

Walk up to it, throw one leg over the top tube and then sit back onto the saddle.
Oh, wait...0 -
I have my TK11 zip tied into a cateye shell that i trimmed to fit!!!!
Easy on and off, easy to adjust with the qr clamp, doesn't move and i've got brackets on all my bikes.0 -
Yeah, I picked up a cheapo light bracket from Chain Reaction, £2, and then added a jubilee clip, 40p. As good a bar mount as any "proper" light, better than the lockblocks.
(this wasn't my idea btw, stole it off someone else in the big Tesco torch thread. These pics are with Tescos but it works the exact same with my P7s.)Uncompromising extremist0 -

Never had a problem with the lockblocks - do them up tight and the torch is pretty well balanced anyway - so it doesnt shift.0

Just curious
Whats with the house alarm?
Is that for the house or are you taking it with your bike.
Sorry to be dumb but never seen one of those before.
Thanks0 -
Read the thred title, and had visions of steel frame loving,Orange fan boys getting intimate with their bikes in the garage........
