T25+big arms = a rounded disc bolt on a front wheel. What's the best way to remove it without damaging the disc or the hub?
I was thinking of cutting across the head of the bolt and then using a flat headed screwdriver?

sounds like you've thought of the best way already.0

If that doesn't work then an angle grinder & a bit of care will get the head of the bolt off without damaging the rotor, then close some mole grips on the part of the bolt that's left & unscrew.0

Drill into them and remove using a reverse thread extraction tool if you have access to those items.0

if you have a decent sized maul wrench then you can use that to compress the head of the bolt and use it to undo it or hold it tight emnough to use the tool to remove, have a couple of rounded hex heads on my hopes, is how i get them out!Timmo.

Drill off the head (oversized bit - it won't take long) & when you remove the rotor, there should be enough of the threaded shaft showing to get a set of mole grips on it to wind-out.0
