upgrades for marin hawkhill se 09

Hi.

I am thinking of upgrading my marin hawkhill 09 with the following upgrades

Marzocchi 44tst2 forks
SLX rear mech
SLX front Mech
SLX chainset
SLX gear shifters

to start off with.

Anybody have any opinions on these upgrades of other suggestions on forks or components.

I have approx £550 to spend.

I understand the alloy marin frames are 1 of the best?
