Can't believe what I've just read. Apparantly Bristol is to implement a congestion charge for cyclists in the city. This is outrageous http://tinyurl.com/d5lt7j

    You can off set the costs against your lower food prices, the pasta tree harvest in Italy has been very good this year
    Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.

    I thought it was top hole stuff - particulalry the 3 KG waterbottle capacitor that you could download to the national grid
