FSA Headsets

Hi All
I am trying to build a training bike, I need a new cane compatible headset 36 45, so there is the fsa orbit is carbon right, or there is an fsa orbit 1 with what seems to be the same specs apart from the height difference and it does not include a carbon compressor.
Can I buy the carbon compressor for the carbon steerer and the fsa orbit 1 headset and save myself some money on what is only my trianing bike?

If you've already got a headset, why not just buy replacement bearings?0

I don't really want to take my main headset apart, which unless I am missing the point I will need to do. I was reallly just querying the different between an FSA carbon is headset and an FSA orbit 1 headset and whether I coudl use both on a 1 1/8 cane creekcarbon steerer setup.
