Has anyone got a photo of one of these fitted? Its this one:

I've fitted one on my Giant hardtail, but have made a dogs dinner of it and most certainly done it wrong, and possibly mixed it with bits from the old headset, incl spacers.
Now I can't figure it out.
Any help greatly appreciated

Did you get any instructions or a diagram of the order of bits?
Also check Park Tools for generic installation guides. Most common mistakes are not fitting the fork crown race (or using the old one) and getting the bearings upside down.0 -
pics of what you have done?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
