Internal and zero stack the same as semi integrated?

Well is it? Need a 'semi integrated headset' for my commencal combi frame i bought of taka not so long ago. Will one of these work:

semi is Zero stack
internal can be the same.
if it has cups it is Internal/Semi-int. and Zerostack
if it does not use cups it is integrated.
