Base layer tops and bibs

Hello all,

Quick question: Is it best to wear a base layer top under bib shorts/tights, or over the top?

    from a practical (and just about every other) perspective - wear them under bibs...

    I wear the base layer over bibs - that way you don't have to take the base off - if you need to 'go' !

    Surely you mean the other way round.
    Base layer underneath. Much easier for pitstops

    layer under bib, it's more comfortable i find
