Going to the loo on the move

A question from my wife: she has a whiz, so that she can wee standing up when we are on the move, but would like to know what others do when on a long run and need to stop for a comfort break? The whiz is great but generally exposes more buttock than she would like to get it to fit properly.
Any ideas would be well received.

For the ladies the http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Shewe ... 360037925/
For the men, find a hedge :shock:0 -
I thought this was going to be about peeing whilst riding the bike, which I am told is a feat of contortionism occasionally performed in the pro peloton (at the back I hope!).
Never tried it and almost certainly never will but I just can't get my head around the logistics (if you see what I mean  )0 -
Thansk for the shewee details, but that is the same as the Whiz, and you need to fit it properly so that it doesn't leak down the leg! So does anyone know of any clothing that has openings in the right place, or any way to use it without missing or exposing bum?
Otherwise I will have to make some different shorts that accomodate a suitable opening.0 -
try a fetish site for lycra with openings.... I can't imagine an appropriate zip would be terribly comfy!0

You would think wouldn't you but have a look at page 4 of thisblog: bellevedere0 -
Brilliant - thanks. I'll look this up and let you know if its a goer for other people with the same concerns.0

For peeing on the bike (in races), listen to episode 18 of the IMTalk podcast - from 19:30 onwards. The basic message is - just let it flow, and make sure you have some water to clean yourself off with. And don't do it if there is someone drafting you (unless you don't want them to be drafting you).
I don't think I'll ever need those few seconds desperately enough.0 -
Hello
The Shewee is different to the whiz in that you don't need to remove any clothing.
I'm a cyclist and the inventor of Shewee!
www.shewee.com
I use regular cycling shorts and I have cut a slit across the front of my shorts. The line is above the padded seem -not a hole - just a line. This way when I'm walking I'm not left with a hole! Black pants underneath and no one knows it is for using a Shewee. This also ensure the cycling shorts waist band is high at the back and front so nothing shows!
I hope this helps.
Men- you can use a male catherterdom- like a condom, sticks to you and then attaches to a tube and comes out of the end of the shorts. See the HeweeGo for a similar device that we sell to dry suit divers. http://www.customdivers.com/urination-systems-90-c.asp
Hope this helps

Just atleast read the first page of this forum, it is hilarious. It has to do with going to the bathroom (#2) on the bike.
A person on a local cycling forum gave me the link. Still cant stop laughingDo you have any Therapeutic Use Exemptions?
No. Never have.
Never? What about the cortisone?
Well, obviously there was the cortisone0 -
I think that I've got the answer now with the Shewee, thanks to Sam.0
