fulcrum wheels or Most wheels?

I'm looking to upgrade from my specialized allez sport to the Pinnarelo FP3 ultegra sl. I've not been cycling that long so don't know much about wheel choice. I have Fulcrum 5's on the specialized but are they a better wheel than the MOst Chall aluminium wheels that come with the FP3? Appreciate a little help :)

    Most is pinarello's own brand I think - And if its pinarello - wots not to like !!!!! - you could always ask the bike shop to quote for a different set of wheels ?
